Batool Hussaini is a dedicated and passionate bicultural worker, currently engaged in community development and health promotion activities. She is committed to supporting multicultural communities to improve their way of living and fostering health equity by addressing the diverse needs of multicultural communities.​

She has been a keen and experienced counsellor, teacher, and effective program planner for more than ten years. Batool holds a double bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Psychology) and successfully completed her certificate in Travel and Tourism from Chisholm Institute in 2017. Her prior experience in counselling, teaching, and program planning provides her with a strong foundation in community engagement activities. Batool's excellent social interaction skills enable her to effectively support and address the diverse needs of the multicultural communities she works with. ​

Batool is fluent in five languages (English, Urdu, Dari, Hazaragi, Persian and Hindi) and can understand, read and write all five languages effectively. She is associated with various extensive groups like: Dandenong Sister Works, Savior Sister Circle, and the Victorian Women's Network where she collaborates with various public and community partners, coordinates health initiatives, and supports diverse communities accessing essential services. ​
