Plain language, community engagement and planetary health

Cinzia has oversight of the day-to-day operations of enliven. Cinzia has worked in multiple sectors in Australia and the UK where she has held senior executive roles. Cinzia has significant experience in strategic planning, service redesign and model development, health literacy, and the implementation of community health and wellbeing initiatives. Cinzia holds an LLM Masters in Medical Law. Cinzia is passionate about the use of plain language across multiple sectors and believes that the responsibility for ensuring our communities can find, understand, and use our information rests with us, the authors. Cinzia volunteers on an International Plain Language Federation committee and an Australian Standards committee on the development, localisation, promotion, and adoption of the soon to released ISO Plain Language Standard.
