Our ‘Hands-on communication online group workshop’ is a 3.5hrs workshop run exclusively for your organisation. We will use examples from your organisation or sector throughout the training.

Our workshop covers the key concepts of health literacy and aims to

• Increase understanding of health literacy and its importance to health

• Build knowledge and understanding of effective interpersonal communication

• Increase confidence to convert and create documents in plain language

• Develop verbal communication skills (teach-back)

Our workshops are run online via Zoom and are capped at a maximum of 20 participants. They include discussions around case studies, facilitated group activities, interactive quizzes as well as practical tips and tricks.

After the workshop, you will receive a resource booklet and a certificate of participation, which you can add to your continuing professional development (CPD) record. .
