Malsha brings a vibrant blend of Sri Lankan heritage and academic curiosity to her role as a Multicultural Engagement Officer at Enliven. With a Bachelor of Science from Uva Wellassa University in Sri Lanka, she began her career as an Assistant Lecturer before transitioning into a creative path as a Teacher and Early Childhood Educator. Her diverse experiences enrich her approach to fostering multicultural engagement within the community.​
