We specialise in plain language, multicultural community engagement and planetary health. Our work helps organisations communicate clearly, collaborate effectively with diverse communities, and build resilience through community‑led approaches.
What we do
Plain language leadership
We advocate for and support the use of plain language across all sectors globally. This includes training, developing resources, converting documents into plain language, and contributing to international standards.
Multicultural community engagement
We lead community engagement and strengthening initiatives with multicultural communities in our region. We promote health equity and reduce barriers to participation, with a focus on communities experiencing disadvantage.
Planetary health literacy
We deliver planetary health literacy work with a strong focus on multicultural communities — from supporting preparedness for extreme weather events to leading the Food from Home campaign.
